About the role
Job Factory is recruiting a Warehouse Supervisor on behalf of a leading manufacturing company located in Horana.
The selected candidate will support warehouse and inventory operations, maintain proper stock control and documentation, and contribute to the smooth operation of the warehouse in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Requirements
~ Successful completion of G.C.E. A/L or equivalent qualification.
~ Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in a similar warehouse, stores, or inventory-related role.
~ Sound knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management practices.
~ Good understanding of stock control and documentation procedures.
~ SAP proficiency will be a distinct advantage.
~ Professional qualification in Materials Management will be an added advantage.
~ Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
~ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
