About the role
A reputed vegetarian restaurant located in Colombo is looking for female Waitresses who are friendly, responsible, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
Both experienced applicants and fresh candidates without previous experience are encouraged to apply. Training and guidance will be provided where required.
Key Responsibilities
~ Welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
~ Provide menus and accurately take customer orders.
~ Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
~ Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of tables and restaurant areas.
~ Coordinate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members.
~ Follow restaurant rules, hygiene standards, and food safety procedures.
~ Provide excellent customer service throughout the dining experience.
Requirements
~ Female candidates only.
~ Age between 18–28 years.
~ Experienced and inexperienced candidates may apply.
~ Good communication and customer service skills.
~ Friendly and positive attitude.
~ Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
~ Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
