About the role
The selected candidate will support inbound tour operations, coordinate travel arrangements, communicate with customers and service providers, and assist in ensuring smooth and professional travel experiences.
Candidates should have strong communication and organizational abilities, good knowledge of Sri Lankan destinations, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
~ Excellent communication skills in English.
~ Knowledge of Tamil will be an added advantage.
~ Strong organizational and coordination skills.
~ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
~ Good knowledge of Sri Lankan travel destinations and tour operations.
~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
~ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
~ Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
