About the role
Norton Technology Solutions (Pvt) Ltd is a leading high-technology solutions provider serving the Sri Lankan apparel industry and several other industries.
The Technical Officer / Associate will be responsible for assisting with system installations, commissioning and training, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance for the company’s industrial solutions.
Selected candidates will be recruited to work at the NTS office located in Piliyandala.
Key Responsibilities
~ Assist with system installations.
~ Support commissioning of industrial systems and equipment.
~ Assist with customer and technical training.
~ Troubleshoot technical and system-related issues.
~ Carry out preventive maintenance activities.
~ Support Apparel CAD/CAM, Automation, and Process Improvement solutions.
~ Work closely with customers and internal technical teams.
Requirements
~ NVQ or equivalent qualification in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or a related field.
~ Willingness to work in Apparel CAD/CAM, Automation, and Process Improvement solutions.
~ Relevant experience will be advantageous but is not essential.
~ Must be a team player.
~ Ability to adapt to changing technological environments.
~ Hard-working attitude with determination and persistence.
~ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
~ Good computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
~ Valid driving licence.
