Key Responsibilities
~ Deliver lessons effectively according to the relevant curriculum and subject requirements.
~ Support students in achieving strong academic outcomes.
~ Participate in extracurricular activities and school programmes.
~ Use appropriate digital and online teaching tools where required.
~ Maintain professional teaching and classroom standards.
Requirements
~ Graduate from a Sri Lankan university or an overseas university approved by the UGC.
~ Candidates who have successfully completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) will be given preference.
~ Must have successfully completed G.C.E. Ordinary Level and G.C.E. Advanced Level examinations.
~ Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in a reputed educational institution.
~ Ability to take responsibility for extracurricular activities.
~ Computer literacy is required.
~ Innovative thinking and good presentation skills.
~ Ability to manage online teaching requirements.
