About the role
Key Responsibilities
~ Manage finished goods receiving, storage, issuing, and dispatch using FIFO / FEFO methods.
~ Maintain accurate stock records and conduct daily stock reconciliations.
~ Coordinate sales orders, picking, invoicing, and timely customer dispatches.
~ Supervise direct sales representatives, route plans, daily targets, and sales activities.
~ Monitor sales, collections, returns, damages, and replacements.
~ Ensure depot cleanliness, security, proper product handling, and stock control.
~ Reconcile daily stock, sales, invoices, returns, and collections.
~ Prepare daily depot reports and highlight operational exceptions to management.
Requirements
~ Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Stores Management, or a related field.
~ Minimum 2–3 years of experience in FMCG stores, warehouse, depot, or distribution operations.
~ Experience in FMCG direct sales / depot operations will be an advantage.
~ Knowledge of stock control and FIFO / FEFO practices.
~ Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
~ Strong leadership and coordination skills.
~ Good numerical and reporting abilities.
