About the role
Winway Engineering is looking for a motivated and responsible Site Supervisor & Technical Officer to join its project team.
The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising daily site activities and manpower, ensuring work is carried out according to drawings and specifications, coordinating with QS teams, vendors and contractors, and reporting project progress to management.
Key Responsibilities
~ Supervise site activities and daily manpower.
~ Ensure work is executed according to drawings and specifications.
~ Coordinate with Quantity Surveyors, vendors, and contractors.
~ Report daily project progress to management.
~ Ensure proper quality control at site.
~ Support timely completion of assigned projects.
Requirements
~ NVQ Level 4/5 qualification.
~ Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
~ Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
~ Willingness to travel and work at project sites.
~ Valid driving licence will be an added advantage.
~ Ability to coordinate effectively with site teams and contractors.
