About the role
Property Development Limited, an affiliated organization of a leading state bank, is seeking experienced Senior Technicians in Plumbing, Electrical, and Air Conditioning to support the operation and maintenance of a major commercial building in Colombo.
Requirements
~ Passed G.C.E. O/L with passes in 6 subjects.
~ Minimum one-year full-time Certificate / Diploma in Plumbing, Electrical, or Air Conditioning from a recognized technical institution.
~ NVQ Level 4 qualification relevant to the trade.
~ Qualification requirements may be relaxed for suitably experienced candidates.
~ Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in the respective technical field.
~ Applicants should be below 50 years of age as at the closing date.
