About the role
The employer is seeking an experienced and responsible Security Visiting Officer to support the supervision and monitoring of security operations.
The selected candidate should have strong field experience in the security industry, good communication skills in Sinhala and English, and the ability to coordinate security personnel and site activities effectively.
Key Responsibilities
~ Visit assigned security locations and monitor day-to-day security operations.
~ Supervise security personnel and ensure duties are performed according to company procedures.
~ Coordinate with clients, site supervisors, and security staff.
~ Monitor attendance, discipline, and performance of security personnel.
~ Respond to operational issues and support timely resolution.
~ Prepare updates and reports relating to assigned security locations.
~ Ensure security standards and client requirements are properly maintained.
Requirements
~ Age between 40–55 years.
~ Ex-servicemen are preferred.
~ Minimum 4 years of experience as a Visiting Officer or Area Manager in a security firm.
~ Literacy in both English and Sinhala.
~ Candidates should be permanent residents of Colombo, Kottawa, Homagama, Gampaha, Ja-Ela, or Seeduwa areas.
~ Strong supervisory and coordination skills.
~ Ability to handle field-based security operations responsibly.
