About the role
The selected candidate will support the commercial and cost-management activities of an upcoming hotel development project while coordinating closely with consultants, contractors, and the management team.
Requirements
~ Minimum 5 years of experience in building construction projects.
~ Experience in hotel project management consultancy will be an added advantage.
~ Strong knowledge of cost control.
~ Experience in BOQ verification.
~ Knowledge of valuations and contract administration.
~ Strong project coordination skills.
~ Ability to work closely with consultants, contractors, and management teams.
~ Good communication and reporting skills.
