About the role
Modern Learning Studio is looking for a committed Part-Time Coach to join its Total Development Program in Colombo 04.
The selected candidate will conduct engaging and structured one-on-one sessions for children, focusing on critical skills, cognitive development, and overall personal development.
This role is suitable for candidates who enjoy working with children and can create a positive, supportive, and engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
~ Conduct structured one-on-one coaching sessions for children.
~ Support the development of critical thinking and cognitive skills.
~ Deliver engaging and age-appropriate learning activities.
~ Adapt sessions according to individual learning needs and abilities.
~ Create a positive and supportive learning environment.
~ Maintain a professional and consistent approach to coaching sessions.
Requirements
~ Professional qualifications in a relevant field.
~ Qualifications or experience in Special Needs Education will be an advantage.
~ Excellent fluency in English, both spoken and written.
~ Previous experience working with children will be an advantage.
~ Ability to deliver engaging and structured lessons.
~ Availability to work 25–30 hours per week on-site.
~ Must be available to work at least one weekend day.
