About the role
Tokyo International Academy is an Early Childhood Education and Development Centre located at Bauddhaloka Mawatha, Colombo 07.
The academy is currently looking for suitable candidates to join its teaching and childcare team across several positions. Applicants should have a genuine interest in working with children, good communication skills, and a caring and responsible attitude.
Relevant qualifications and previous experience in Montessori Education, Early Childhood Education, Special Education, childcare, or teaching will be considered according to the position applied for.

Requirements
~ Good communication skills in English.
~ Caring, patient, and child-friendly personality.
~ Ability to work responsibly as part of a team.
~ Relevant educational qualifications will be required depending on the position.
~ Previous experience in teaching, childcare, special education, or early childhood education will be an advantage.
~ Candidates applying for the Nursery Teacher position should have a Diploma in Montessori Education.
~ Qualifications in Special Education will be an advantage for the Shadow Teacher position.
~ Qualifications in Early Childhood Education will be an advantage for the Daycare Teacher position.
