Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily tourism operations and client requirements.
- Handle inbound inquiries, quotations, and bookings.
- Develop and promote tour packages and itineraries.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and other suppliers.
- Maintain overseas client and agent relationships.
- Lead and support the team to achieve sales targets.
Requirements
~ Relevant experience in travel and tourism.
~ Strong communication and negotiation skills.
~ Good knowledge of Sri Lankan tourism products.
~ Leadership and team-management skills.
~ Good computer literacy.
