About the role
Switz Lanka (Pvt) Ltd, a renowned company in the food industry, is looking for a dedicated Maintenance Officer to join its team at the Madurankuliya Farm.
The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of machinery, equipment, and facilities through effective preventive and corrective maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
~ Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery and equipment.
~ Regularly inspect equipment and identify potential issues.
~ Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical problems.
~ Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
~ Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
~ Support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
~ Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
~ 2–5 years of experience in a similar role.
~ Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply.
~ Good knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and preventive maintenance.
~ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
~ Strong problem-solving skills.
Good attention to detail.
