About the role
Brescia Grameen (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a motivated and capable Loan Executive to join its team.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and streamlining the loan application, review, and approval process while working closely with Sales, Marketing, Branch, and Field teams. The role also involves client relationship management, loan recovery support, compliance, team coordination, and contributing to overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities
~ Manage and streamline the loan application, review, and approval process.
~ Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Branch, and Field teams.
~ Build and maintain strong client relationships.
~ Support loan recovery, negotiation, and client engagement.
~ Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
~ Support team coordination, training, and onboarding.
~ Contribute towards team targets and business growth.
Requirements
~ Experience with Core Banking or Microfinance Systems.
~ Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis.
~ Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
~ Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
