About the role
Property Development Limited is seeking Junior Technicians in Plumbing, Electrical, Masonry, and Air Conditioning for building maintenance and technical operations in Colombo.
Requirements
~ Passed G.C.E. O/L with passes in 6 subjects.
~ Minimum 6-month full-time Certificate / Diploma in the relevant technical field.
~ NVQ Level 3 qualification relevant to Plumbing, Electrical, Masonry, or Air Conditioning.
~ Qualification requirements may be relaxed for suitably experienced candidates.
~ Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
~ Applicants should be below 40 years of age as at the closing date.
