About the role
Sathuta Group of Companies is looking for a motivated HR Executive to join its growing team. The ideal candidate should have relevant HR experience, good knowledge of recruitment, employee relations and HR record management, together with strong communication and administrative skills.
Requirements
~ Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
~ Partly or fully qualified in HRM or a related field.
~ Good knowledge of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations and record maintenance.
~ Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala.
~ Proficiency in MS Office.
~ Age below 45 years.
