About the role
A V Business Solutions (Pvt) Ltd is a fast-growing digital microfinance company providing accessible and responsible financial services to underserved communities in Sri Lanka. The company is a subsidiary of Aventus Group, a fintech group based in Lithuania.
The selected candidate will lead the collections function, manage the collections team, implement debt recovery strategies, monitor performance, maintain compliance, and support continuous improvement of recovery rates.
Key Responsibilities
~ Lead and manage the collections team to achieve performance targets.
~ Develop and implement effective debt recovery strategies.
~ Monitor collections performance and report to senior management.
~ Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies.
~ Train, mentor, and support team members.
~ Drive improvements in collections performance and recovery rates.
~ Provide leadership and direction to the collections department.
Requirements
~ Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
~ Experience managing a team of 25+ employees.
~ Candidates should clearly highlight their managerial experience in their CV.
~ Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
~ Proficiency in collection systems and Microsoft Office.
~ Strong analytical and strategic mindset.
~ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
