About the role
Moresand Colombo – Travel Center is offering an opportunity for individuals who are passionate about travel, customer service, and working in an international environment.
The selected candidates will support flight and hotel reservation activities while developing practical knowledge of the travel industry and delivering professional service to customers.
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity for candidates who are willing to work according to the US time zone and are available to join immediately.
Key Responsibilities
~ Assist customers with flight and hotel reservation inquiries.
~ Support flight and accommodation booking activities.
~ Provide professional customer service throughout the reservation process.
~ Communicate clearly with customers regarding travel arrangements and booking requirements.
~ Maintain accurate reservation and customer information.
~ Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure smooth booking arrangements.
~ Support day-to-day travel reservation operations.
Requirements
~ Age between 22–28 years.
~ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
~ Willingness to work according to the US Time Zone.
~ Minimum 1 year of relevant experience is mandatory.
~ Ability to join immediately.
~ Strong interest in the travel and tourism industry.
~ Customer-focused and professional attitude.
