About the role
GIM General Trading & Construction (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a motivated and experienced Finance Executive to support accounting operations, management reporting, reconciliations, budgeting, cash-flow monitoring, and financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities
~ Maintain accurate accounting and financial records.
~ Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
~ Perform bank, supplier, and customer reconciliations.
~ Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
~ Assist with budgeting, cash-flow monitoring, and financial analysis.
~ Support the Finance Manager / Accountant with day-to-day finance operations.
~ Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company procedures.
Requirements
~ Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in Accounting or Finance.
~ AAT Finalist or part / fully qualified in CIMA or ACCA.
~ Degree in Accountancy / Finance will be an added advantage.
~ Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
~ Previous experience in the construction industry will be an added advantage.
