About the role
Sunshine Tea (Pvt) Ltd, the export arm of Sunshine Holdings, is looking for a motivated Executive – Production Planning to join its team.
The selected candidate will coordinate and manage outsourced production activities while ensuring orders are completed on time and according to required quality and compliance standards. The role also involves production planning, stakeholder coordination, progress monitoring, invoice processing, and maintaining effective communication across teams.
Key Responsibilities
~ Coordinate and manage outsourced production activities.
~ Ensure timely execution and delivery of customer orders.
~ Liaise with external manufacturing partners.
~ Prepare and maintain production schedules.
~ Monitor order and production progress.
~ Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth production operations.
~ Support invoice processing activities.
~ Maintain effective communication across teams.
~ Ensure adherence to agreed timelines, quality requirements, and operational expectations.
Requirements
Requirements
~ Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Science, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
~ Minimum 1 year of experience in the tea manufacturing or tea export industry.
~ Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
~ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
~ Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
~ Eagerness to learn, develop, and contribute in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
~ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
