About the role
Saegis Campus is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Counsellor & Marketing Executive to join its team in Nugegoda.
The selected candidate will support student recruitment and counselling activities, follow up prospective students from initial inquiry through application, and help achieve enrolment targets while maintaining accurate student information.
Key Responsibilities
~ Generate student leads through various channels.
~ Advise students and parents on programme selection.
~ Follow up leads from initial inquiry to application submission.
~ Achieve monthly student enrolment targets.
~ Update and maintain accurate student records.
~ Assist students with application paperwork.
~ Support marketing and student recruitment activities.
Requirements
~ Positive attitude and ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
~ Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
~ Minimum 2 years of relevant experience will be an advantage.
~ Diploma or higher qualification will be an added advantage.
~ G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification.
~ Excellent English communication skills.
~ Excellent interpersonal skills.
~ Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
