About the role
Tile Collection is looking for a motivated and experienced Chief Sales Coordinator – Female to join its growing team.
The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating with the sales team, monitoring sales targets, following up on customer inquiries and quotations, maintaining customer records, and supporting sales administration and coordination activities.
Key Responsibilities
~ Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth order processing.
~ Monitor sales targets and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
~ Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and orders.
~ Maintain customer records and ensure timely deliveries.
~ Support the sales team with administrative and coordination tasks.
~ Identify issues and provide solutions to improve sales performance.
Requirements
~ Female candidate.
~ Good communication skills in English and Sinhala.
~ Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
~ Proficiency in MS Office.
~ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
~ Age below 35 years.
