About the role
The selected candidate will be responsible for providing customers with product information, handling point-of-sale transactions accurately, maintaining good customer relationships, and assisting with day-to-day retail floor operations.
The role is suitable for young, energetic candidates with good communication skills, IT literacy, and a positive customer-service attitude.
Key Responsibilities
~ Provide customers with information on product features, origin, health and wellness benefits, and available product ranges.
~ Develop good customer relationships and help maintain a loyal customer base.
~ Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently.
~ Carry out point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently.
~ Assist with receiving, handling, replenishing, and processing incoming products.
~ Support sales activities and customer service.
~ Maintain a clean, tidy, and attractive retail floor.
Requirements
~ G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification.
~ Good IT literacy.
~ Full or part professional qualification in Sales & Marketing will be a definite advantage.
~ Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
~ Positive and customer-focused attitude.
~ Age below 25 years.
