About the role
David Pieris Leisure (Pvt) Ltd, part of the David Pieris Group, operates Pearl Bay, an international-standard water park in Bandaragama.
The company is looking for a motivated Call Center Intern to join its team and gain practical exposure to customer service and call center operations in a professional leisure environment.
Requirements
~ Currently pursuing or recently completed a qualification in any field.
~ Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala or Tamil.
~ Basic computer literacy.
~ Good telephone etiquette.
~ Positive and professional attitude.
~ Willingness to learn.
~ Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
