About the role
Milk & Honey is a lifestyle café in Colombo 07 focused on serving high-quality, wholesome food and beverages in a welcoming environment.
The café is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista / Beverage Maker to join its team and support smooth daily operations while maintaining excellent beverage quality, cleanliness, presentation, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
~ Prepare a variety of coffees and other beverages.
~ Prepare matcha, juices, smoothies, and specialty drinks.
~ Work closely with the café team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
~ Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
~ Provide friendly and professional service to customers.
~ Maintain consistent beverage quality and presentation.

~ Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
~ Proficiency in latte art.
~ Fluency in English.
~ Positive and customer-friendly attitude.
~ Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
